Refund & Exchange

We hope you love your Qi products as much as we loved creating them.
If, however, you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we can help:

• Returns: You may return eligible items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are available for the same item in case of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.
• Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our handmade products, slight variations in color or texture are not considered defects — they’re what make each piece unique.
• Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at shop.stateofqi@gmail.com or fill out this form within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
